  • Learn to respond, not react:   mindfully examining our responses in the moment allows you to respond in a new way that frees you from old, ingrained, automatic patterns.

  Remember, thoughts are not facts:   consciously, confidently meeting experiences, instead of being carried away by them

  • Build healthy habits:   mindfulness interrupts the conditioned responses that prevent us from exploring new avenues of thought, choking our creative potential.
