- Sensory – close your eyes, and unplug from screens and noises for a moment each day.
- Creative – enjoy the beauty of outdoors and arts.
- Emotional – create time and space to express yourself freely and stop people pleasing.
- Social – surround yourself with positive and supportive people and be present with them.
- Spiritual – feel belonging, love, acceptance and purpose by engaging in something greater than yourself.

Tips for getting a better night’s sleep
- Avoid all sources of caffeine in the late afternoon and evening.
- Go to bed and get up at about the same time each day.
- Do not use alcohol to help you unwind.
- Reading before bed is great, as long as it’s not on a computer or tablet.
- Consider installing light-blocking shades. If noise is a problem, use earplugs or a white-noise machine.
